Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident before paying. This page explains exactly when a refund is available, how to request one, and how long it takes

1. 7-day money-back window

If you bought the ₹199 Report Unlock or the ₹999 Founder’s Pass and changed your mind within 7 days of the payment, we’ll refund you in full. No questions asked, no usage-based prorating

2. Founder’s Pass voice-launch guarantee

If you bought the Founder’s Pass and the voice interview product does not launch within 3 weeks of your purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of how many text interviews you ran in the meantime

3. How to request a refund

  1. Email info@elaior.com from the address linked to your account
  2. Include your order ID (visible in the payment receipt or admin dashboard)
  3. State the reason (optional but helps us improve)

4. Processing time

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of approval. Once initiated, Razorpay typically settles refunds to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days

5. Cancellations

Elaior plans are one-time payments, not subscriptions. There is nothing to cancel. Access remains active until the validity period ends (60 days for the unlock, 120 days for the Founder’s Pass)

6. Non-refundable cases

We will not refund accounts that violate the Acceptable Use clause of our Terms of Service (fraud, credential sharing, automated scraping). Other than that, the 7-day money-back window applies universally

7. Shipping

Elaior is a fully digital service. There is no physical shipment. Access is provisioned instantly to your account once your payment is verified by Razorpay
