These terms govern your use of Elaior (the “Service”), operated by Elaior, based in India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or paying for any plan, you agree to these terms
Elaior is an AI-powered mock interview tool. You upload a CV and optional job description, answer questions generated by an AI model, and receive scored feedback. Voice interviews launch in a future release; the current product is text-only
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. One account per person. Sharing credentials or running automated agents against the Service is not permitted
The first text interview is free. Additional features and credits are paid:
All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes where charged. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never store your card or UPI details
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In summary: a 7-day money-back window from the date of purchase, and a full refund if voice does not launch within 3 weeks of a Founder’s Pass purchase
You may not (a) upload another person’s CV or personal data without consent, (b) attempt to extract the prompts, weights, or other internals of the AI models, (c) use the Service to harass, defraud, or deceive any third party, or (d) circumvent rate limits, credit gates, or paywalls
You retain ownership of your CV, JD, and interview transcripts. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process this content solely to deliver the Service and to improve our AI models in aggregate, de-identified form
Scores and feedback produced by Elaior are AI-generated. They are not a guarantee of any employment outcome and should be treated as practice, not professional career advice
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, infrastructure failures, or factors beyond our control. We will not be liable for indirect losses arising from downtime
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, fraud, or abuse of the Service. You may terminate by deleting your account from the dashboard at any time
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the operator’s principal place of business
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to the address on file. Continued use after changes take effect counts as acceptance
